Most nationalities require a visa to enter Ethiopia. An e-Visa can be obtained online easily before departure. We recommend applying at least a week in advance. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry.
What is the best time of year to visit?
The optimal time to visit is from late September to early June, during the dry season. September to November is particularly beautiful, with green landscapes and comfortable temperatures, while January features major festivals like Timkat.
How physically demanding are the tours?
