Your journey begins on Day 1 with your arrival in Asmara, the charming capital city of Eritrea. Day 6 is reserved for a full-day excursion to Keren, a picturesque town nestled in the highlands northwest of Asmara. Visit the vibrant Monday camel market if your trip coincides, explore the Italian and British war cemeteries, and see the unique Mariam Dearit shrine built into a baobab tree. Keren offers a slower pace and a fascinating look into the blend of cultures in Eritrea.
